Common faults related to molds and products during stamping production
In electrical steel blanking, burrs are inevitable. But changing the stamping conditions can reduce burrs.
刃口 磨损。 Cause ①: The cutting edge is worn.
进行刃口研磨，使刃口锋利。 Countermeasure: Sharpen the cutting edge.
间隙过大或刃磨后效果不明显。 Cause ②: The gap is too large or the effect is not obvious after sharpening.
更改凸凹模设计尺寸或跟换新备件。 Countermeasure: Change the design size of the convex die or replace it with new spare parts.
冲裁光亮带多，间隙偏小。 Reason ③: There are many bright bands for punching, and the gap is too small.
通过研磨等方法加大冲裁间隙。 Handling countermeasures: Increase punching clearance by grinding and other methods. (The repair must be confirmed according to the product drawing
Full male die or female die).
刃口崩刃。 Cause ④: The blade is broken.
更换新的备件，或垫垫片后重新刃磨。 Handling countermeasures: Replace with new spare parts, or re-sharpen after padding.
冲床平行度差。 Cause ⑤: The parallelism of the punch is poor.
修理冲床，调整冲床平行度。 Countermeasures: Repair the punch and adjust the parallelism of the punch.
模具安装后，上下错位。 Cause ⑥: After the mold is installed, the upper and lower positions are misaligned.
更换导向系统。 Countermeasures: Replace the guidance system. (Note: Paper can be cut for inspection on the punch.)
(2). Deduction points cannot be deducted
The product deduction point cannot be deducted because the deduction point is damaged.
模具中产品第一片扣点破坏。 Cause ①: The first buckle of the product in the mold was damaged.
A: The position of the lever is eccentric, reducing the damage of the size of the lever;
B: The size of the lever is too large, reducing the size of the lever;
C: Female or male die chipping
叠片内孔不整齐，同一扣点，破坏位置忽左忽右。 Cause ②: The inner holes of the lamination are not neat, the same buckle point, the damage position is left and right.
导正销磨损（注：刃口无崩刃）。 Countermeasure: Wear of guide pin (Note: No chipping of cutting edge).
扣点两侧均产生破坏。 Cause ③: Both sides of the buckle point are damaged.
冲裁间隙偏大，更换备件（注：刃口无崩刃）。 Handling countermeasures: punching gap is too large, replace spare parts (note: no chipping edge).
扣点始终某一侧破坏。 Cause ④: The deduction point is always destroyed on one side.
冲裁间隙不均匀，调整间隙。 Countermeasures: Uneven punching gap, adjust the gap.
(3). Product size changes
凸凹模刃口磨损，毛刺较大导致外形偏大，内孔偏小。 Reason ①: The edge of the convex and concave die is worn, and the burr is large, which causes the shape to be large and the internal hole to be small.
磨削刃口。 Countermeasures: Grind the cutting edge.
导正销磨损。 Cause ②: The guide pin is worn.
修磨导正销。 Countermeasure: Trimming guide pins.
导向系统磨损。 Cause ③: The guide system is worn.
更换导向系统。 Countermeasures: Replace the guidance system.
送料及送距，压料、放松环节不当。 Reason ④: Feeding and distance, improper pressing and relaxation.
调整送料机。 Solution: Adjust the feeder.
硅钢片机械性能不稳定（强度、延伸率等）。 Reason ⑤: The mechanical properties of silicon steel sheet are unstable (strength, elongation, etc.).
更换材料，控制材料质量。 Handling countermeasures: Change materials and control material quality.
冲片产生凹片现象，外形尺寸大于落料凹模尺寸。 Reason ⑥: The phenomenon of punching is caused by punching, and the overall size is larger than that of the blanking die.
减小冲压深度，增加下模对产品的包紧力，提高冲片平度。 Countermeasures: Reduce the punching depth, increase the clamping force of the lower die on the product, and improve the flatness of the punching piece.
产品拉毛 (4). Product brushing
润滑不充分。 Cause ①: Insufficient lubrication.
润滑油加多一些。 Countermeasures: Add more lubricant.
锁紧条容易产生积屑瘤，表面粗糙。 Cause ②: The locking strips are prone to build-up edge and the surface is rough.
锁紧条表面抛光处理。 Countermeasures: Polishing of the surface of the locking bar.
锁紧量过大。 Cause ③: The locking amount is too large.
减小锁紧量。 Countermeasures: Reduce the amount of locking.
误送后废料夹入锁紧条和产品之间。 Cause ④: The waste material is caught between the locking bar and the product after being mistakenly sent.
冲压产生误送后，及时清理废料。 Treatment countermeasures: After misfeeding due to stamping, timely clean up the waste.
扣点部位与凹模容易拉毛。 Reason ⑤: The buckle point part and the die are easy to pull.
A.凹模落料锥度不足，首先进行凹模孔抛光处理，最终 Countermeasures: A. The taper of the die is insufficient.
Use taper taper.
B. The hardness of the stamped material is too low. Replace the material.
产品上有轻微痕迹，凹模。 Cause ⑥: There are slight marks on the product, and the die is indented.
A.凸模或凹模上有轻微拉伤、抛光或更换。 Handling countermeasures: A. There is slight strain, polishing or replacement on the punch or die.
B. There are tiny dwarf tumors on the locking block, which need to be removed and polished.
(5). Poor product stack thickness consistency
材料厚薄差较大。 Reason ①: The material thickness varies greatly.
A.更换合格的材料 Countermeasures: A. Replace qualified materials
B. Change the process and the product will rotate.
锁紧量不均匀。 Cause ②: The locking amount is uneven.
调整锁紧量。 Countermeasure: Adjust the locking amount.
产品毛刺方向不一致。 Cause ③: The direction of the product burr is inconsistent.
改变冲压工艺。 Countermeasures: Change the stamping process.
凸凹模严重崩刃。 Cause ④: The convex and concave dies are severely chipped.
更换零件或刃磨。 Countermeasures: Replace parts or sharpen.
